I recently wanted to replace fuel filter for my 2006 Yamaha Road Star Silverado XV1700AT and noticed that there is no fuel pump, just a glass filter housing and plastic filter insert. I’m guessing it’s the fuel sender. the choke is on and once it gets past a certin point it runs fine like it has to get so warm and then it is fine.
